Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Skillforge AI ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Courtroom Legal Support Services, Inc. d/b/a Claude AI Class, collects and uses your information when you use our website and service (the "Service").
What we collect
- Account information — your email address (provided at checkout via Stripe).
- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive only the subscription status, customer ID, and last 4 digits.
- Skill inputs and outputs — the text you submit to a skill, and the AI-generated output. These are transmitted to Anthropic's API to produce the result.
- Usage data — which skills you run, when, and basic technical info (IP address, browser, device type). Used to operate and improve the Service and to enforce rate limits.
- Marketing tracking — if you arrive from an ad, we capture standard ad-network parameters (e.g., UTM tags, Facebook click ID) to measure ad performance.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the Service (running skills, billing, support).
- To detect abuse, fraud, and Terms violations.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, billing notices, security alerts).
- To send product updates and marketing emails (only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the product in aggregate — we do not train AI models on your inputs.
Third parties we share with
- Anthropic — receives the skill inputs and prompts in order to generate outputs. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that data.
- Stripe — handles payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
- Our hosting provider — operates the servers that run the Service and process traffic.
- Meta (Facebook) — if the Meta Pixel is enabled, basic page-view and conversion events are sent to Meta for ad measurement. Meta's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation for tax and accounting reasons. Skill inputs/outputs are kept for up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion (see below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@claudeaiclass.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Skillforge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for session login, fraud detection, and ad-conversion measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work if you do.
Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
