Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Skillforge AI (the "Service"), operated by Courtroom Legal Support Services, Inc. d/b/a Claude AI Class ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Skillforge is

Skillforge is a web app that runs pre-built AI workflows ("skills") powered by the Claude API from Anthropic. You provide inputs through a form; we send those inputs and a prompt to Anthropic's API and stream the result back to you. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Skillforge.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

• Your access begins with a 7-day trial for a one-time fee of $6.99, which gives you full access for those 7 days.
• When the trial ends (day 7), your subscription automatically begins at $29.99 per month, charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• The $6.99 trial fee is non-refundable — it pays for the trial access you receive.
• You can cancel at any time from the Manage Plan option in the app or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period (see our Refund Policy).
• Prices are in US Dollars and do not include taxes that may be added at checkout depending on your location.
• We may change pricing for future renewals with at least 14 days' notice by email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Skillforge to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Produce CSAM, content that sexualizes minors, or material that incites violence against people or groups.
• Generate spam, malware, phishing content, or material intended to deceive or defraud.
• Build a competing service by scraping, reselling, or wrapping our API output.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts that aren't yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to process them in order to provide the Service (which includes sending them to Anthropic). We do not sell your content.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be wrong, biased, or out of date. Skillforge output is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for any decision, especially legal, medical, financial, or safety-related decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Skillforge depends on the Anthropic API; outages or rate limits at Anthropic may affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using and cancel the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
