Refund Policy

The $6.99 trial fee

The 7-day trial costs a one-time $6.99, which pays for your trial access. Because you receive full access immediately, the trial fee is non-refundable. You may cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged the monthly subscription.

Monthly subscription

If you don't cancel before the trial ends and are charged the first month ($29.99), we will refund that first month if you email us within 14 days of the charge. After 14 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

How to cancel

Cancel any time from the Manage Plan option in the app — it opens a secure billing portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You can also email us. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email support@claudeaiclass.com from the email address on your account. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of your card. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a non-recoverable fee even when the charge was legitimate, and we'd rather just resolve it directly and quickly.
