This Privacy Policy explains how Claude AI Class ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Courtroom Legal Support Services, Inc. (a Florida corporation) d/b/a Claude AI Class, collects and uses your information when you use claudeaiclass.com (the "Site") and our course.

What we collect

• Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter or buy the course. Newsletter sign-ups are handled by our email provider (Beehiiv).
• Payment information — course purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we receive only your email, the transaction status, and limited billing metadata.
• Analytics & usage data — pages visited, referrer, approximate location, browser/device type, collected via Google Analytics 4 and standard server logs to understand and improve the Site.
• Advertising parameters — if you arrive from an ad, standard ad-network tags (e.g., UTM parameters, Google Ads click ID) to measure ad performance.

The Skillforge AI application has its own privacy policy covering the text you submit to skills.

How we use it

• To deliver the course and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, access details) and, if you opt in, newsletters and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery.
• Google — Analytics and Ads measurement. See Google's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider — operates the servers behind the Site.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and account records while your access is active and for up to 12 months afterward for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To make a request, email support@claudeaiclass.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and ad-conversion measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work if you do.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
