Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of claudeaiclass.com (the "Site") and the Claude AI Class self-paced course (the "Course"), provided by Courtroom Legal Support Services, Inc. d/b/a Claude AI Class ("we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

The Course license

When you purchase the Course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course content for your own learning. Your access code and account are for your use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly post, or reproduce the Course videos, materials, or access code.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund where the violation is material.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Course, and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC; we use it descriptively to identify the software the Course teaches. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

Not professional advice

The Course and our free guides are general educational information about using AI tools. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for using any tool within the rules of your profession and jurisdiction. Content that discusses legal workflows is illustrative and does not create an attorney–client or any professional relationship.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. The Course teaches the use of Claude, a product of Anthropic, which is governed by Anthropic's own terms. Skillforge AI is governed by its own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and Course are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI tools can produce inaccurate output; you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or Course is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
