Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the Claude AI Class course. This policy explains how refunds work.
Self-paced course ($49.99)
If the Course isn't right for you, email us at support@claudeaiclass.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it, as long as you haven't completed a substantial portion of the modules. We look at these requests in good faith — if you gave it an honest try and it wasn't for you, we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
- Email support@claudeaiclass.com from the address you purchased with.
- Tell us your order (or the email/date of purchase).
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Skillforge AI subscription
The free 7-day Skillforge trial that comes with the Course is separate. You can cancel it any time before it converts and you won't be charged. Skillforge subscription billing and cancellations are covered by the Skillforge refund policy and its in-app billing portal.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute.
